Founders Associate Finance - (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

Your Role at Reonic:

As our Founder's Associate Finance, you will be working closely with our Finance team to turn data into actionable insights and ensure our business KPIs stay on track for growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Get hands-on with pre-bookkeeping, support month end closing processes and liaise with our Steuerberater (tax advisor)
• Support KPI reporting and financial tracking to help shape how we plan and grow
• Support invoice management and collections to keep cash flowing
• Assist in preparing annual financial statements and work closely with external partners
• Take ownership of data cleaning and provide cross-departmental support
• Be hands-on with financial systems, this role can be as technical as you make it

• Tech-savvy and curious – you actively use AI tools and can give examples of what you've automated or improved
