About the role

About the Role

Join a product engineering team building AI-enabled tools for an industrial staffing and operations marketplace. You will apply existing AI agents and frontier models to real customer workflows while also owning broader product and platform work, from user-facing features to backend systems.

What You'll Do

  • Integrate AI agents and models into worker, business, and operations products to improve vetting, matching, and shift fulfilment.
  • Lead frontend and backend development, and mentor other engineers.
  • Design and build core systems, including real-time matching, automated vetting pipelines, distributed services, and APIs.
  • Own product features end to end, working closely with product and design.
  • Shift between AI-focused projects and other high-priority product, payments, or platform work.

What We're Looking For

  • About 3 to 4 years of software engineering experience, including ownership of products or features in early-stage or fast-growing teams.
  • Experience delivering scalable, reliable applications across frontend, backend, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience integrating LLMs or agents into production products, including prompting and tool integration.
  • Product intuition, strong user focus, and comfort working through ambiguity and cross-functional challenges.
  • Experience with marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, applied AI, or operational workflows is useful.
  • A technical degree or equivalent practical experience, plus evidence of independent, resourceful work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
