About the Role

Join an internal AI team at a fast-growing financial technology company building agent-based tools for accounting workflows. You will help shape how teams work with AI by developing systems that automate complex tasks and support collaboration between people and agents.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship internal AI agents that can deliver code, maintain company knowledge, and complete end-to-end workflows.
  • Own context architecture by defining sources of truth and keeping documentation aligned with current systems and processes.
  • Design integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) services that give agents access to internal tools.
  • Create evaluation suites, monitor agent behavior, and improve performance through iteration.
  • Develop infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models for human-agent collaboration as the company grows.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to fifteen years of experience building B2B software as a product manager, engineer, or founder.
  • Professional software engineering experience or a track record of shipping production code, with strong coding skills or substantial experience building with AI coding tools.
  • Experience in technical product roles at a successful, fast-paced B2B SaaS or AI startup, including high-ownership work on technical products such as AI agents or data platforms.
  • Evidence of launching products, prioritizing long-term opportunities, and identifying ways AI can improve business operations.
  • Familiarity with coding agents, agent infrastructure, MCP, and software development lifecycle automation.
  • STEM degree and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175,000 to $275,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
