About the Role

Join a consumer gaming platform as a hands-on Product Growth Manager focused on its creator ecosystem. You will build the growth function for creators, helping more people move from discovering the platform to publishing their first game.

What You'll Do

  • Own creator growth across the journey from first visit to first published game, identifying opportunities and shipping experiments that improve key metrics.
  • Build mockups and prototypes to test ideas quickly, then partner with front-end engineers to bring successful concepts to production.
  • Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and develop strategies for creator acquisition and engagement.
  • Gather feedback from creators and translate it into product improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teammates to shape the roadmap and scale the growth function.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to four years of experience as a product manager or growth product manager on a consumer product.
  • Experience owning consumer growth across acquisition, activation, or retention, and personally running experiments and analyzing results.
  • A hands-on individual contributor with technical product management experience and the ability to build prototypes, scripts, or side projects.
  • Strong data analytics skills, including experience with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent technical background.
  • Experience with consumer AI, user-generated content, games, creator-side products, or two-sided marketplaces.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
