What We're Looking For

  • Zero to five years of software engineering experience, including recent graduates.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including systems design, clean code, and debugging.
  • Hands-on experience building production LLM, AI agent, or voice AI systems, ideally including evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience with Python or TypeScript, and familiarity with LangGraph, AWS, browser-use agents, or autonomous agent frameworks.
  • Ability to build end-to-end systems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • A CS or engineering degree and experience in a technical engineering role at a technology company or as a founding engineer.
  • Background in insurtech, fintech, or healthcare technology, or contributions to AI/ML open-source projects, is beneficial.
