About the role

About the Role

As the first commercial hire at an early-stage regulatory compliance software company, you will own go-to-market strategy and build the sales organization from the ground up. You will shape how the company reaches manufacturers and retailers across Europe, working closely with product and engineering to connect customer needs with the product roadmap.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own go-to-market and pricing strategy while building the sales organization.
  • Generate demand through events, content marketing, and webinars.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from initial conversations and lead qualification through deal closure.
  • Coordinate customer handoffs with product and engineering, sharing market insights to inform the roadmap.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 3 to 10 or more years of relevant experience, including software or SaaS sales.
  • Experience owning the full B2B sales cycle and building or scaling a sales team, ideally from 1 to 10 people.
  • Daily use of AI tools as part of your core workflow.
  • Experience generating demand through events, content marketing, or webinars.
  • Fluency in German and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, sales decks, and white papers.
  • B2B SaaS, LegalTech, or RegTech experience is beneficial; marketing or creative experience, such as video production, is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €95,000 to €105,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid, with on-site work in Munich, Germany, four days per week.
