About the role

About the Role

Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building AI-powered software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand how their operations run and turn those insights into reliable software used in the field.

What You'll Do

  • Embed with customer operations teams to understand real-world certification, inspection, and compliance processes.
  • Lead customer calls, write specifications, and build end-to-end production systems across the frontend, backend, data model, and AI layer.
  • Own product areas from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with the founding team.
  • Ship early, observe users working with the software, and iterate based on their feedback.
  • Assess customer requests and decide which solutions can serve broader needs.
  • Analyze customer documents, calls, and outputs to develop AI-powered workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to six years of experience in software or product engineering, with a track record of shipping systems to production.
  • Full-stack development skills, including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and experience with data models, AI/ML, LLMs, document intelligence, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience building products or systems from the ground up, ideally at an early-stage startup or as part of a founding team.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to work closely with users in their operational environment.
  • A solid academic background and strong technical fundamentals.
  • Industry experience in B2B SaaS or adjacent software environments is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: £100,000 to £160,000 annually. UK visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in England, United Kingdom.
