About the Role

Join a growing AI company serving regulated B2B industries as a Forward Deployed Product Manager. You will own the customer lifecycle for AI voice agents, connecting customer needs with product development and helping establish how this function operates as the team scales.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer relationships from discovery and deployment through ongoing optimization and expansion into new use cases.
  • Work with customer decision-makers to explain agent value, communicate return on investment, and demonstrate impact with data.
  • Investigate agent behavior, debug call-level issues, customize conversation flows, and address compliance needs.
  • Partner with product teams to turn customer feedback and unmet needs into product capabilities.
  • Develop playbooks and operating standards for the forward deployed product function.

What We're Looking For

  • Five or more years of product management experience with substantial customer-facing responsibility, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Experience working directly with clients, with a background in product management, computer science, data science, solutions engineering, or strategy consulting.
  • Strong product intuition and technical depth, including the ability to understand product concepts and perform basic debugging.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, end-to-end ownership, customer conversations, data analysis, and explaining business impact.
  • Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or ChatGPT, and SQL.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated sectors such as lending, financial services, or healthcare is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California.
