About the role

About the Role

Join a client-facing growth services team as its first dedicated GTM Engineer. You will build go-to-market systems for clients end to end and help turn successful engagements into repeatable offerings and playbooks.

What You'll Do

  • Lead kickoff and recurring strategy calls with client founders and growth leaders.
  • Build ideal customer profiles from closed-won deals and call transcripts, then create verified, tiered target lists.
  • Set up outbound infrastructure and coordinate inbound content and signal-based campaigns using modern data and automation tools.
  • Develop templates and playbooks from repeatable work, helping shape and productize the service.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to six years of client-facing experience in GTM, consulting, agency, founder-led growth, or forward-deployed roles.
  • Experience building and marketing a venture or side business that attracted paying customers, with personal accountability for customer outcomes.
  • Hands-on builder fluency with Clay, Instantly, n8n, Claude Code, and related GTM and AI tools.
  • Comfort with APIs, light coding, and connecting systems, supported by technical education or relevant work experience.
  • A track record of personally contributing to revenue growth and creating playbooks in ambiguous environments.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence translating GTM strategy for founders.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $140,000 to $180,000 annually, plus meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California. New York City is also listed as an available office location.
