About the Role

Join a growing consumer gaming platform as a hands-on Product Growth Manager focused on the creator side of a two-sided marketplace. You will build the creator growth function, helping creators move from first visit to publishing their first game.

What You'll Do

  • Own creator growth across acquisition, activation, and engagement, identifying opportunities and shipping experiments that improve key metrics.
  • Build mockups and prototypes to test product ideas quickly, then partner with front-end engineers to bring successful concepts to production.
  • Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and turn findings into growth strategies.
  • Gather feedback from creators and use it to guide product iterations.
  • Work with engineering, design, and data partners to shape the roadmap and develop the growth function.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to four years of product management or growth product experience on a consumer product.
  • Experience owning growth initiatives and personally running experiments, analyzing results, and applying learnings.
  • A hands-on individual contributor who can build prototypes, scripts, or side projects to test ideas.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent technical background, with data analytics skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, A/B testing, and AI-assisted prototyping.
  • Background in consumer AI, user-generated content, games, creator products, marketplaces, or other two-sided platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
