About the role

About the Role

As Product Manager for AI Education, you will help an AI-focused financial technology company keep its teams effective as models and tools evolve. You will shape how employees learn to work with AI and agents, building practical education and workflows that support secure, reliable collaboration across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Design company-wide AI education programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops that drive measurable changes in how teams work.
  • Evaluate new AI models and tools, build with them, and turn your findings into practical guidance for technical and non-technical teams.
  • Work directly with teams to identify skills gaps, redesign workflows around agents, and improve adoption.
  • Translate advanced AI techniques into secure, reliable, repeatable systems for handling sensitive data.
  • Build learning tools, agents, and internal workflows that teach employees in the flow of work and automate tasks where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, including 3 or more years on AI enablement, developer education, or learning products.
  • Experience building education, enablement, or developer-education products such as courses, onboarding, documentation, or learning tools.
  • Experience shipping products using LLMs or agentic workflows, with daily use of AI tools and hands-on expertise beyond introductory AI training.
  • Experience teaching others to advance their AI capabilities, and a background in a startup or high-growth company.
  • A technical background, such as a computer science degree or equivalent, and experience outside primarily academic, research, or sales roles.
  • Experience as a developer advocate, solutions engineer, or technical educator moving into product is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $100,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
