We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer – Adobe Commerce Frontend with strong hands-on expertise in Magento UI development. Magento frontend development is the primary requirement for this role. The ideal candidate should also have exposure to modern frontend and backend technologies, preferably React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

The role offers opportunities to work across traditional Adobe Commerce implementations, modern storefronts, middleware/BFF services, headless commerce, and composable commerce integrations.

AI-assisted development is an important part of the engineering workflow. Candidates should be comfortable using tools such as Claude and Claude Code for code generation, debugging, refactoring, test creation, technical investigation, documentation, and solution exploration. They should also be capable of reviewing, validating, testing, and securing AI-generated code before deploying it to production.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Adobe Commerce/Magento frontend applications.
  • Build and maintain Magento themes, layouts, templates, UI components, and responsive user experiences.
  • Develop modern storefront experiences using React.js and Next.js.
  • Integrate frontend applications with commerce platforms, APIs, and backend services.
  • Contribute to middleware, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services, headless commerce, and composable commerce integrations.
  • Work with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, LESS, and KnockoutJS to build and maintain high-quality frontend applications.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Claude Code to improve engineering productivity.
  • Review, test, debug, and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable commerce solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Magento UI / Adobe Commerce frontend development. Magento UI expertise is mandatory.
  • Strong JavaScript development skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, including LESS.
  • Good experience with KnockoutJS.
  • Understanding of frontend architecture, responsive design, and UI customization.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated employment stability and a consistent professional track record.
  • Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools and validating generated code.

Employment Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time preferred; Contract-to-Hire (C2H) also considered.

  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with a maximum notice period of 15–20 days are also considered.
