We are looking for an experienced and user-focused Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in UI/UX design, Figma, app design, marketplace products, and real estate technology.

You will translate complex user needs and business requirements into seamless product experiences, combining design thinking, visual excellence, and usability principles. This role requires a strong portfolio, a data-informed approach, and the ability to influence product decisions while maintaining consistency across the user journey.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, from user research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design intuitive app experiences that simplify complex workflows and improve usability, engagement, and conversion.
• Develop user-centric experiences for marketplace and real estate products, including search, discovery, listings, filters, comparisons, and enquiry flows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and design evaluations to identify user needs and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate requirements into practical, scalable design solutions.
• Use analytics, user feedback, and experimentation to refine product experiences and measure design effectiveness.
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and UI guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across platforms while accounting for responsive layouts, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles.
• Present design concepts, explain design decisions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively.
• Partner with developers throughout implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards, processes, and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or digital experience design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, libraries, and collaborative workflows.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications.
• Proven expertise in user research, wireframing, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
• Experience designing marketplace platforms, real estate applications, property discovery products, or transaction-driven digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, information architecture, design systems, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
