- 8–15 years in enterprise solution consulting, business transformation, or solution architecture.
- Strong experience translating enterprise business processes into technology solutions.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and secure solution approvals in complex organizations.
- Understanding of enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.), APIs, integrations, and cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI use cases.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Experience engaging enterprise customers, preferably in US markets.
