We are looking for a skilled and product-oriented Full Stack Engineer – Frontend Focused to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly web applications for identity verification, compliance, and customer onboarding workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, along with practical experience developing backend APIs and working with relational databases. This role requires a frontend-focused engineer who can take ownership of complete features across the user interface, API, business logic, and data layers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop onboarding and case-management interfaces, configurable forms, and document-upload workflows.
• Implement reusable frontend components, hooks, and libraries to improve consistency and development efficiency.
• Develop and integrate backend APIs using Python or Node.js.
• Design and maintain relational data models and integrate application interfaces with backend services and databases.
• Implement robust form validation, error handling, retry mechanisms, and reliable user workflows.
• Improve application performance, mobile-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Integrate REST APIs and external services to support identity verification and compliance-related workflows.
• Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Own features end-to-end, from requirements gathering and technical design through deployment and production support.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver features aligned with user and business requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to clean coding practices, technical documentation, and engineering standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve application architecture, reliability, maintainability, and developer experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience, excluding internships.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications using React and TypeScript.
• Excellent understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices.
• Practical experience developing backend APIs using Python or Node.js.
• Experience working with relational databases, data models, and application-level business logic.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complete features across frontend, backend APIs, and data layers.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, application integrations, form validation, and error-handling strategies.
• Experience with automated testing, debugging, performance optimisation, and production troubleshooting.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take features from concept to production.
• Comfortable working with evolving requirements and translating ambiguous problems into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with camera/media APIs, reusable SDKs, libraries, or onboarding integrations will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with React Native, Flutter, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing tools is desirable.
• Experience in fintech, payments, identity verification, KYC/KYB, or compliance technology will be beneficial.
• Ability to balance rapid delivery with code quality, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
