We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing and optimizing infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, system monitoring, and production reliability. Experience working with fintech platforms or other high-availability systems will be an added advantage.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.
  • Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline application development and deployment.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and production-related issues.
  • Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve uptime, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management processes.
  • Independently manage infrastructure operations and ensure production systems meet reliability requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to improve deployment processes and infrastructure performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure automation.
  • Practical expertise in CI/CD tools and deployment workflows.
  • Experience managing Kubernetes and containerized environments.
  • Strong understanding of production monitoring, system reliability, scalability, and high availability.
  • Ability to independently manage infrastructure operations and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
