As a Enterprise Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology roadmaps. You will craft scalable architectural blueprints, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide teams through complex solutioning initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and digital transformation. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across domains to translate business requirements into robust, cloud-native architectures that deliver measurable value.

You will also champion best practices, promote innovation, and drive continuous improvement in architectural governance and documentation across the organization.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance models.
Lead solution architecture design and assessment for cross‑functional projects.
Conduct gap analysis and roadmap development to align technology with business objectives.
Provide strategic guidance on cloud migration, microservices, and API integration strategies.
Collaborate with business leaders to capture requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
Mentor and coach architects and developers on best practices and emerging technologies.
Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and vendors that support architectural initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance policies.
Facilitate architecture reviews, architecture decision records, and knowledge sharing sessions.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

11+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solutioning.
Deep expertise in architectural design for cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments.
Proven track record delivering large‑scale, multi‑domain architectural solutions.
Strong understanding of microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and API‑first design principles.
Experience with enterprise architecture tools such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, and solution modeling.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, GDPR).
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities within cross‑functional teams.
