About the Role

In this customer-facing technical role, you will partner closely with sales, product, engineering, and machine learning teams to guide enterprise customers from initial discovery through production deployment. You will help define how the company delivers technical engagements across Europe, connecting customer needs with product direction and reliable AI deployments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer discovery to understand data architectures, technical constraints, and business needs.
  • Scope and deliver proofs of value, from technical validation through production commitments.
  • Run demos, address technical objections, and lead architecture discussions with senior engineers and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Develop reusable discovery frameworks, demo narratives, objection handling, and reference architectures.
  • Turn customer constraints and edge cases into actionable product feedback for engineering teams.
  • Partner with machine learning and infrastructure teams to deliver deployments that meet customer expectations.
  • Travel regularly to customer sites across the UK and Europe.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 to 3 years in a hands-on technical or data role.
  • A track record of converting technical proofs of value into production commitments in enterprise B2B software.
  • Strong working knowledge of data warehouses, ETL and ELT pipelines, and data governance.
  • Experience with enterprise technical discovery, demos, procurement, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Working knowledge of production LLM and agentic systems, including their current capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience owning end-to-end proofs of concept and communicating structured product feedback to engineering teams.
  • Python or SQL skills sufficient to prototype with customers; knowledge graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, or entity resolution are valuable.
  • Experience in regulated or air-gapped environments, across European markets, or at an early-stage data or AI company is a plus.

Hybrid in New York City, with regular travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe.
