About the role

About the Role

Join a digital health product team building patient-facing therapy apps across urology and gynecology. You will own the patient journey end to end, helping turn clinically grounded therapies into engaging products that support meaningful patient progress.

What You'll Do

  • Own the patient experience from physician prescription and onboarding through active treatment and progress.
  • Lead product development across mobile therapy apps throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Use habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and retention mechanics to support lasting behavior change.
  • Run experiments and use analytics to guide product decisions and improve patient outcomes.
  • Improve app store presence, ratings, reviews, keywords, and screenshots to strengthen the journey from discovery to activation.
  • Evaluate AI tools and product opportunities, choosing solutions that address real user needs.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of product management experience on consumer mobile apps, with products or features shipped to market.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
  • Hands-on experience building patient-centered or behavior-change products, ideally in digital health, MedTech, or another regulated environment.
  • Experience shipping across iOS and Android, with an understanding of platform-specific capabilities and constraints.
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests, interpreting analytics, and applying results to product decisions.
  • Fluency with AI tools in product work and sound judgment about when AI is appropriate.
  • Experience with behavior-change and retention mechanics, App Store Optimization, and end-to-end journeys across product areas is valued.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €65,000 to €90,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany.
